‘Tulsa King’s Sylvester Stallone Plans His Next Attack in Season 3, Episode 2 Sneak Peek [Exclusive]
Taylor Sheridan‘s Tulsa King is back for a third season, with Sylvester Stallone‘s Dwight “The General” Manfredi returning to keep his iron grip on the city of Tulsa, Oklahoma, in one of Paramount+’s most popular shows. As part of the return to our screens, Collider is thrilled to bring our viewers a special sneak peek at one of our favourite returning series.
In our exclusive first look at Episode 2, “The Fifty,” Annabella Sciorra‘s Joanne and Dwight are having a head-to-head over the offer from Jeremiah Dunmire (Robert Patrick), and nobody’s in agreement with the next step — other than they want coffee, which everyone can get on board with. Dwight’s facing a new threat here from the Dunmires, and he’s in a sticky situation. What will his next step be? The episode synopsis is as follows:
“Dwight faces threats from Jeremiah Dunmire and the Dixie Mafia while trying to secure distribution for a hidden stash of fifty-year-old bourbon.”
Will Sylvester Stallone Keep Making ‘Tulsa King’?
As long as there’s a part for him, it sure sounds like it. Stallone recently told ScreenRant that he was on the verge of retirement when he was approached by Sheridan over the role, and it changed his plans and trajectory for the better. And the more he did it, the more he liked it, having already abandoned his original plans to take part in just two seasons:
“The moral of that story is never listen to an actor. If he has a hit going, he is not walking away, it’s too rare. I only wanted to do two seasons maximum, and I was done for real. I’d say goodbye. This is it. Take a polaroid, right, because I’m not coming back. I thought, how do you follow up with it? And then when it came out, [I was like], you can’t quit on this thing. You love sequels anyway, so just go for it. Forget your age and just keep pumping away. And now the next season coming up, this was really good. I think it’s going to be even better.”
Tulsa King Season 4 has already been greenlit, with Stallone hinting that the series will only get bloodier, sharper, and more ambitious. Tulsa King Season 3, Episode 2 premieres Sunday, September 28, 2025, on Paramount+.
